- Schools can set up student accounts and turn off the Gmail app for students. This is advisable instead of asking parents to set up Gmail accounts. Parental consent should be gained in advance.
- The Add to Google Classroom Chrome Extension will allow you to quickly share from your web browser to Google Classroom to share links etc or assignment templates. - Jamboard is a free tool within G Suite that your administrator can enable on the Admin Console. It is very similar to Padlet but students will be able to log in using their G Suite login and can use it for mindmapping, brainstorming, as a KWL etc. Students can also share their Jam with their classmates and collaborate on the same one. Students can add sticky notes, text boxes, images and more.

- Any work completed within Google Classroom automatically gets saved in a folder called Classroom in the student’s Google Drive. They can access this by clicking on the waffle (9 dots/squares in the top right corner).

- You can turn on Guardian Summaries in the admin console. Once set up, parents/guardians will receive an overview of what the child has and has not submitted that week.
- When students are leaving the school, they can transfer their G Suite for Educatio data to another account using Google Takeout.
