Digital Learning Framework Overview
The Digital Learning Framework is being introduced to primary and post primary schools in the academic year 2018-2019. It seeks to embed digital technologies in teaching, learning and assessment. The Digital Learning Framework comes from the Digital Strategy for Schools 2015-2020 which aims to ensure that we:
“Realise the potential of digital technologies to enhance teaching, learning and assessment so that Ireland’s young people become engaged thinkers, active learners, knowledge constructors and global citizens to participate fully in society and the economy.” (Digital Strategy for Schools p5).
Digital Learning Framework seminars are taking place around the country. Find out how to book them here.
